These are mainly a minor cosmetic issue and don't affect functionality, but they're still something you may want to avoid. I recommend supporting the toy with your palms instead of gripping it with your fingertips. This spreads the pressure over a larger area and greatly reduces the chance of leaving any marks.
The price is definitely on the higher side, but you're paying for excellent quality, a very detailed design, and a product that clearly had a lot of work put into it. In my opinion, it's absolutely worth the money.
